“Sprite” Direct Extruder for Enhanced Filament Compatibility

The “Sprite” direct drive dual-gear extruder boasts a gear ratio of 1:3.5, ensuring smooth filament feeding and dispensing with an extrusion force of 80N. With a nozzle temperature resistance of up to 300 °C, the direct extruder is perfect for printing flexible filaments like TPU and strong filaments at high temperatures.

Hotend Upgrades for Improved Temperature Resistance

The titanium alloy heatbreak prevents heat creep through lower thermal conductivity, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 300°C. The corrugated heatsink, equipped with a silent axial fan, quickly cools down the hotend surface, ensuring efficient printing. With a 50mm³ melting chamber surrounded by a 4000mm³ heating block, filament melting and extrusion occur smoothly.

High-Speed Cooling with 5015 Fan

The Ender 5 S1 incorporates a large 5015 fan that produces a powerful flow of air, effectively cooling freshly printed sections or still hot models through specially developed “Urus” air channels. This ensures minimal warping or sagging and enhances the quality of details and support structures.

Print with a Variety of Filaments

Thanks to its high nozzle temperature and efficient cooling, the Ender 5 S1 can handle various materials, including normal filaments like PLA, PETG, and TPU, as well as high-temperature filaments like ABS, PC, ASA, and HIPS.

Automatic Bed Leveling with CR Touch

The intelligent CR Touch system levels the bed over 16 points automatically, compensating for any height differences with impressive accuracy down to 0.01 mm.

User-Friendly 4.3-Inch Touchscreen
