Characteristically, most open box items are like-new or used briefly and returned by the customers for a variety of reasons. Many have no defects, but simply did not fit the customer's needs. Often we return these products to the manufacturers, but in some cases, and you can get these second hand devices at a discounted price. There may be some minor blemishes and occasionally the original manuals may be missing, but you can buy with confidence.
